Gossip Princess

It wasn't until I met an old high-school friend that I fondly remembered the true art of gossip.

Back in the day, our schooldays were filled with tales about who was doing what: why; when; where, and how.

Nowadays, and what with living in Dubai, the league of schoolgirl gossip has somewhat transcended into news unlikely to be real or true, which contravenes the true art of ladylike gossip.

While Matilda's story is being told at the beachfront hotel, expect silverware banging and clashing against chinaware at ladies' luncheon rush-hour: forget about traffic for the time being.

*bridget jones, yeah, those were the days! I much prefer being an adult though, at all costs!

*clayfuture, gossiping endlessly is an acquired skill, one which I never mastered. In short bursts, it is bearable. You are right, there is only so much to say about "old school days" but news still travels about those individuals and their current pursuits!
