Staying Cool in Dubai

So much to say, and so little time. Been busy with the polo, horse-racing, and friends visiting from out-of-town.

Rents are going down. Dhs. 120k (once upon a time) then Dhs. 65k in the marvellous, most serene 'built-up-of-town' places: all in the space of 3 months (would you believe it?).

Amazingly, it's still fresh and cool enough to dine al-fresco at this time of the year: ladies, your matt powder will last you long into the night! Enjoy Dubai's amazing weather, and gentlemen, your Porsche Cabrio is definitely in season. Enjoy the springtime breeze!

And for heaven's sake, don't talk about the weather...
