Doctor, doctor
The Doctor is not my biggest fan, unless in times of need.
Doctor prescribes a host of medicines, whether wanted or not.
Do you need them? Does Doctor mean you need them?
Do you believe your doctor?
I say what I can, not what I think. I might be what you think, but I do not think what you might.

I believe in my shrink and she believes in me.

....yes we need doctors in life. We all need that extra care & "fixing" once in a while.
Having said that, I don't take what he/she says on face value. Always get a second opinion - however, all said - the end decision is yours.
*rosh, never know, our resident hosts IYM & HLH may be reading this!
Yes, I believe we all need doctors. We might not like them, but they are necessary.
"End decision is yours" - please don't say that; it's the main line of a film I just saw...I believe and hope a doctor should advise what the choice should be.
I am so happy with the last doctor I saw, I will write him a letter. Am sure he will appreciate it. The benefits of saving lives and protecting humanity...wow ;-)

True indeed. I wonder how it feels to save lifes?
Probably feels great. But films and programmes showing clinics and surgery scenes freak me out! A real-life hospital is even more freaky!
I have a friend (errrr, rather acquaintance) who works as emergency Doctor in the UK. I always wanted to ask him how does he cope with the traumatic scenes everyday. But then he'd probably think that I am soft; not that I am not anyway!
